1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

White Glove Property Management provides administrative property support and coordination services throughout the Baltimore, MD area. All services are subject to a separate written administrative support agreement or coordination contract.

3. Service Agreements & Fees

Fee estimates provided via our website or in person are based on the information available at the time. Final fees may vary depending on the scope of coordination services, property size, and any additional administrative services requested by the client.

Professional Service Disclaimer

White Glove Property Management provides administrative property support and coordination services only. White Glove is not a law firm, CPA firm, tax preparation firm, real estate brokerage, appraisal firm, engineering firm, or licensed contractor, and does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting opinions, brokerage representation, appraisals, engineering opinions, or licensed trade services. If a matter requires a licensed professional, White Glove may coordinate with an independent third-party provider only after written client approval. Any such third-party service is outside White Glove’s standard scope and is governed by a separate agreement directly between the client and that provider.

SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from White Glove Property Management, you may receive text messages related to appointment reminders, billing inquiries, property updates, and follow-ups on your requests.

Message Frequency

Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. Fees vary by carrier and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method

Customers may opt in to SMS messaging from White Glove Property Management through intake forms, verbally, by filling out a paper form, or via our Contact Us page. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-Out Method

Customers can opt out of SMS messaging from White Glove Property Management by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted out, no further SMS communication will be sent. Customers can opt back in at any time by replying START.
