Eviction Services |
We are not a law firm. Unlike many law firms, we don’t charge for the full eviction process upfront. You only pay for the steps that are required. If a tenant resolves the situation by paying or vacating before the Writ (Step 3), you will only be billed for Steps 1 and 2. Each service is handled individually, and we won’t proceed to the next step without your approval. You can authorize the next step by either ordering online or calling our office. To process Step #1 for balances that have accumulated over 6 months there may be a $200 surcharge. |
